One Rant A Day

It has become a daily routine. Finish the daily tasks. Sit down, try to study, fail. And talk. Always that. Keeping us sane, stable. the only thing letting us remember that our impressions are not unique. That we are not the only one who think this way.

And it always boils down to people. Some are more co-operative than others. Some don’t care. Some need chiding. Some don’t, but most do. Calls are the only instrument of communication that works, short of meeting face-to-face.

The frustration builds upon itself. Irritants upon irritants, failures upon failures.

Bureacracy and hierarchies. Fascinating concepts. They want the independence to deal with it on their own, but trust has to be earned. And they have not earned it. Layers of power, and the flatter organisational concept has not entered the system, because they will fall apart if they do not get instructions down to the most minute detail.

They need reminders, when it is not my way. I have learnt and I will learn. What happens now, is an experience for the future. If there ever is a future.
